HOMECARE1ST has been supporting a family member for over 2 year. I have found them to be very polite, kind, understanding, and supportive. The management are a team of wonderful people. They have always kept in contact to make sure that the clients needs are being met to the highest standard. They are very much approachable and listen to every need and work very closely with us to provide the best care possible. They work with us to make sure every issue is worked out effectively and efficiently as quickly as possible. The staff have become like friends to the family and more so the client. They are clean, on time and friendly. They have been trained very well in doing their job from medication administration to moving and safety measures. They all try there best to accommodate any situation that may arise and Management is just a call away and some one is alway there to speak to you. I would highly recommend HOMECARE1ST to anyone looking for care support. You will not be disappointed.

My husband was with homecare1st for a very short time I was not happy with the level of care my husband was receiving where they English was quite poor did not wash hands on arrival did not read care plan before carrying out personal care as a carers my self I did home care for over 6 years and to me that is not care where carers can't carry out simple instructions when it comes to caring.i contacted the manager on several occasions regarding the level of care for my husband so the manager came out to carry out a rick assessment of the level of care and understanding my husband needs so we went through steps by step of the level of care so everything was put on the carers app so all carers would read it and have a full understanding of care for my husband well unfortunately this was not working didn't wash hands on arrival didn't read care plan would not in engagewhen carrying out care so thiswas not working at all where the carers couldn't carry out simple plan food for my husband Lunch this was just going from bad to worst so the agent came 7 days notice for the council 7 days notice to find a find a new providerso any one Looking for a agent to care for there love onei wouldn't recommendHome care 1st
