Went in picked up a Texas BBQ (last one on the shelf). Price on the shelf edge said £25. We took this to the till and was told it was £40. We questioned this and was told it was for a smaller unit below. Looking back with the assistant I see that the price was incorrectly priced. He look the label off and took it to the till. The lady at the till point blank refused to honer the price shown. Her words were. " I'm not changing the price you should read the description" I replied "trading standards would say different" to which she replied " I can take the items off the shelf" She was rude and feel in the wrong job. She was an aged lady with short whitish hair. I'll never shop in this branch again. Glad B&Q was round the corner.
