Never buy a kitchen from them! Their planner made endless mistakes and our kitchen was a nightmare from the minute my fitter arrived to start the work-apparently we should have had him check all their measurements and the order!!! They did not inform us of this and washed their hands of the whole sorry mess saying it was our fault for not checking everything they did! Now we have asymmetrical cabinets and a breakfast bar 25cm into the dining room which means we cannot now fit our dining room table as before. They also shared our plans with someone who was not our fitter, just because he was coming to give a quote, interestingly he was a fitter that the designer had suggested, bit of an old pals network maybe? Homebase totally disinterested. You have been warned, if you expect good customer service you wont get it!
