I would like to complain about a guy called Michael who was serving on the till today. His attitude was absolutely horrible, he clearly doesn’t care about customer care, his job or any kind of politeness. He was arguing with customers in front of me because they wanted the discount which was advertised by big sights in the shop. It’s clearly shops fault they didn’t take in away when promotion finished and shop just have to honour it. It took quite time to sort the problem and it was really uncomfortable. I was buying just few things which he scanned wrong, i said i am happy to pay it but you undercharged me for £9. He just looked, clearly annoyed that he have to scan it again, didn’t even say thank you for telling me. It made me really angry that person like that have a job like this, he doesn’t appreciate it at all, horrible attitude.
