Homebase is the nearest one gets to the traditional ironmonger in Market Harborough, where one could browse among loose nails, tacks, bolts, nuts, screws, and other merchandise for the home, shed, garden, outhouse and washhouse. Today, one has the convenience of Homebase, where nails, tacks, bolts, nuts, screws and other merchandise is, for one's convenience, sold in packets and divers wrapping materials. Indeed, there is for the tradesman and DIY amateur all one needs to renovate, repair, build, paint and decorate, etc., one's property inside and outside. The staff are most helpful and knowledgeable, and if an item is imperfect then a replacement or refund is readily available. Everything under one roof is, surely, a bonus. The 'icing' is the Homebase garden centre, where a fantastic array of flora is on display; and the prices of the merchandise are very, very reasonable. After leaving Homebase, you will go home feeling very satisfied with yourself; and you will not be out of pocket. I strongly recommend Homebase.
