Placed click-and-collect order for 3 same kinds of products. I got a call from the store that only 2 are available and they can refund me the money for 1 once I collect the other 2 from the store. How come the website accepted my order for 3 products if the store doesn't have it? At the store, the lady was trying to refund the money for 1 but couldn't succeed as it was a 3 for 2 offer. She asked helped from the manager who is a terrible man, he didn't understand the situation and canceled my ordered and refunded the whole amount instead of refunding only for 1 product. I traveled 4 miles to collect my order and wasted 1 hour on this. No apologies were offered by the manager and he said he just got confused.
