Awful store. Ordered my bathroom from there and wish I never had. They use bad courier companies and sell faulty goods. First attempt at the delivery I took a days annual leave just for the delivery not to show. Then my tap was faulty and leaking and they don’t have replacements in store so waited a week for a new one to be delivered in store so I don’t have to worry about missong the delivery as I work. Tracking states delivered in store only to be told by an extremely rude and unhelpful duty manager - Karen that my delivery isn’t there and nothing they can do and can’t look into it until two days later as staff are on annual leave. Also Karen had a wannabe hench man called Gary who likes to pipe in and be rude to you. I asked them for the store managers name, their names and contact number only to be given the wrong number and laughed at. I called the number given in front of her to show her it’s an incorrect number and she’s still telling me it’s the right number. That store hasn’t got a clue what’s going on and is so unprofessional. I wish stepped foot in there. Awful staff. Awful place. Avoid at all costs.

My Harlow
Very sizeable store with all the usual DIY, building, decorating and gardening items at reasonable prices. Always found staff to be cheerful and helpful. Large free car park immediately alongside however if tempted to browse in close by Dunelm and maybe call in their café for refreshments, note free parking is restricted to 3 hours and if you forget anything no return within two hours applies.
