Poor customer service and non-availability of trained staff to cover departments. Wanted some stones for the garden and according to their website there were plenty in stock It was therefore a waste of our time to drive to the store only to find that the items on the website had been wrongly labelled and the staff didn't have the product knowledge to help at all. Won't risk going again, very time-consuming and disappointing.
