Home2Lab have been the only people worth dealing with through all the complications of COVID testing/travel arrangements. I have been a very satisfied customer every single time i have used them, and the customer service is bullet-proof !! I travel a lot for a living, and wherever I've been, no matter how tight the pre-flight time window, they're always come though with the correct format of test result, replete with QR codes and other technical details. They respond faster than ANY other company I have ever dealt with (I mean ANY - not just PCRs and the like), are professional, coureous, and best of all, EFFICIENT!!! Which has massively help take a huge stress out of regular flights over the last year... Also, at a time when all the other testing companies were blatently profiteering/racketeering, they offered fair-priced, affordable testing for those of us who needed it for work on a regular basis. 6 Stars deserved on the 5 star scale!!!

Ordered on 9 June and it is 14 June today with still no sign of the sample in the post. I have completely missed my testing window for work and had to rush to a city to go with an alternative company (Randox, highly recommended). Three days attempting to contact you by phone with no answer. Awful service leaving me stressed and my plans all over the place. Avoid.
