  Do not buy tiles from these people, they beg to buy something or they will be sacked so you Spend £2000! they say two weeks for delivery, them another 2, then another 2, then they don't give a f×ck.

  Barking Store, first impression staff are very welcoming and polite On the phone Watch out no courtesy on how "Some" employee speak to customer on the phone ! and be aware their Promises may be empty and bring shock! "DO you understand ENGLISH? IT is your RESPONSBILITY to manage your delivery was the words relied to me by I a staff in Barking store which came after I finalising purchased and delivery arrived. Upon purchase they said delivery is btn 8am to 5pm however I was promised that I will receive a call an hour before the delivery arrives. Which at time i thought was great and will give the person to help carry tiles in the house time to get the house. NO phone call nothing! delivery man turned up and said they deliver at the public kerb, I thought what am I suppose to block the street with tiles that hazards right!? he said if he put beyond kerb it will cost me extra. So I called Barking store to seek why no phone call was made and seek why no one called me an hour as promised. That when question above were asked I was like to accept you promise has costed me extra and stress. The employees did not even dare to acknowledge the failure of store to keep their promise or failed in customer services instead he had the audacity to tell me they are running a business like they have no time for calling customer??? rude beyond my wildest dream I asked for the head office number or to speak to someone else and he was not budging at some point in the conversation he kind of indicated like i don't have the right to refuse/cancel the order. I felt bullied !! like i have no right as a customer. The man reduced me in to tears like am nobody he made me feels sick, won't give their head office contact which I requested several time as he had suggested I do that, then at some point on the call the phone got cut off I CALLED back "thinking now you want to shut me off after being so mean no way ! I wont let you pushed aside !" he answered and said he don't know what happened.. excuse? I said am not happy to speak any further and a different voice came through the phone where i had to explain again what happened but TBH i was more upset of the way i was spoken that the main issue. Eventually, he said he is the store manager apologised for not keeping promise and his non good mannered individual he works with. Not sure why the man felt he can speak or treat me like am nobody am customer with right. Why did the store make promise they cannot keep and why cant a your staff acknowledge failure in the first place??. I may no be English or speak/ understand English but am customer with every right like any customer. I seek fairness next customer who calls will get that.

  I like going in to a place and being welcomed first and foremost. I went in and was greeted by an assistant named florin. He was quite informative and knew his stuff about all of the tiles. He is well mannered and new the ranges of tiles that went well with my garden. I would recommend visiting the store as they have a nice range and florin looks quite experienced

  Home Tiles @Leytonstone took away the stress of a home refurbishment. In particular the excellent customer service from Store Manager Florin. He provided good advice and knowledge for the tiles being purchased. The selection of tiles here is excellent and you could easily spend hours choosing your home décor. If you want a pain free stress free experience be sure to shop here. I would recommend this store without a doubt. Thank you.

He went above and beyond to problem solve and to help me find the best product to meet my needs for the best price possible and to organise a fast and efficient delivery. He was also extremely patient, very keen to help, very efficient and professional.
