    This company is awful avoid at all costs! I used their Wifi for a year in my old flat we paid for a good mbps speed so that 3 people in our flat could work from home with no issues. Our wifi never went above 20mbps download speed, we had to call up almost at least twice a month to get it reset to boost the signal, we were then told the best way to do this is to upgrade the box to boost the speed which would cost a further £60 to install, needless to say we declined. After our year with the company we called up to cancel the wifi and let them know we were moving they then tried to charge us another £60 to cancel the box and that we might have to pay for the box to be sent back to them. Since then now 2 months on they are still trying to take direct debits for the wifi. They called just now to say "where is our money" and after speaking to 3 different people and telling them that we cancelled 3 months ago they finally agreed and hung up

    Worst service ever, never got my line installed after a month of waiting, my router didn’t get send to me till after the first appointment ,they lied saying I missed an 2nd appointment when I phoned them before the appointment and after because they didn’t show up, got charged 195£ for this to close the contract. The phone team they just sell the product with out care for the coustumer, not transparent and straight forward at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT!!! DO NOT USE THIS

    DO NOT USE! CHARGED US £100 SETUP FEE AND 3 WEEKS LATER STILL NOT INTERNET. CLOSED ON SATURDAYS WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT! ATROCIOUS COMPANY SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO OPEN. HORRIFIC.

    The actual worst company I have ever dealt with! An all round awful experience! Internet speeds are awful, customer service is disgusting and the complaints department is so clearly overwhelmed it takes weeks to get back to you with an excuse, always different from the last person’s excuse. They refuse to be accountable for anything are not part of any speed guarantee. I signed up for 12 month contact and they are saying it was 18 months and not trying to charge £280 pounds for a cancellation fee. Avoid like you would avoid the man in a trench coat on the street.

    I was informed my monthly broadband bill of £32.46 would be increased by 8.2% from 1st May 2023 in line with the government RPI increases. I wasn't aware that Home Telecom could increase prices mid contract and that this is included in the terms. Then Home Telecom took £43.03 from my bank account on the 17th of April! I contacted them to enquire why and they had no explanation. My 24 month contract ends in December 2023. I'd prefer to cancel rather than have to pay any additional amount as I believe I should have the right to do so but I was informed I'd have to pay the remaining months in full plus a cancellation fee! I was also offered the option to pay a reduced amount if I agreed to sign up for another 24 months! Offcom is reviewing inflation linked mid-contract price rises and launched an enforcement programme in December 2022. Under their rules if a provider included potential future price rises in the terms of a contract, they had to be set out prominently and transparently at the point of sale. If the customer hadn’t agreed to those terms when signing up – because they hadn’t been made sufficiently prominent and transparent – providers should have notified them of the price increase and offered them a right to exit penalty-free. Any potential mid-contract price increases were not made prominent when I entered my agreement with Home Telecom and I will be reporting my experience to Offcom.

    Worst company ever. What a disgrace to Horsham. Completely a scam. Very expensive fee and slow internet speed. Charge me £42 a month with about 50mbps. All the high rating reviews from Trustpilot are either bots or false!
