Recently, I decided to update the Wi-Fi plus extender system in my house with a more-updated mesh system designed to better remove dead spots. Rather than try to unravel the technical jargon and bewildering choice of mesh products, I asked Martin Wilson of Home Tech Rescue to call in and advise me on the best solution according to my Wi-Fi needs and area coverage. Martin came, listened, walked around, advised, went out to his car, came back with a box of three Nova Tenda mesh units, and, within ninety minutes from entry into my house, the mesh system was installed and fully operational. I was impressed, amazed and thankful. The system works beautifully covering 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) at full signal strength level, house and garden, and the cost was reasonable – three mesh units (less than £100), a modest labour charge, and a promise to return and fix any problems in the future at no extra charge. I have to admit I didn’t expect Martin’s visit to result in a solution so quickly. The fact that it did impressed me. Martin was technically competent, talked to me at my level, and did a great job in the short time he spent at my place. He solved my problem and that’s what I care about most. I recommend him with no reservations or hesitations.

Our Apple Mac was running incredibly slowly and not functioning properly. Martin thoroughly investigated and updated the computer and, although we thought the problem had been resolved, after further investigation it became clear that the hard drive was failing. He then swiftly replaced the drive and added extra RAM and we now have a very happy Apple Mac and very happy users!
