    Very simple experience to get hooked up with a cleaner. Fill out the web form and they'll get in touch and within a week you have a cleaner ready to get started. Flexible to meet all your requirements. You pay the agency a flat fee (25-30 quid) monthly and then the cleaner directly (12.50hr minimum - more as you wish) which is quite a simple way to do things really.

    Really happy with the service from this company! Communication via email beforehand was excellent and the job carried out on the day was a life-saver. We booked HSH cleaners for our end of tenancy and with packing and moving into the new place, it was such a weight off our mind to have the cleaning done by professionals. Our flat was SPARKLING after the clean and we got our full deposit back. Cleaners arrived bang on time, were professional, friendly and completed the clean in about 3 hours.     They do not provide professional cleaners. The clean itself was below standard, though we were trying to work with the cleaner provided in the first weeks to see if there would be improvement and give the benefit of the doubt. On top of that, they are not reliable or consistent. When our original cleaner continued to arrive late or change the scheduled plan a second cleaner was arranged within a couple of weeks. However, we were extremely disappointed when that cleaner did not turn up or communicate with us that she was unable to make it. The agency had given us her number and we called her to find out what was going on but no answer. When this was raised to the agency they agreed it was unacceptable but continued to make excuses for the cleaner, even though they admitted she had simply forgotten to attend. I had rearranged my work schedule to work from home that day so the whole situation was quite frustrating. We decided to cancel our direct debit as we no longer trusted the agency and realised the service and cleaners they provided were not professional. Further, the cleaner herself contacted us directly to arrange the next clean and seemed completely oblivious to the previous failure. Keep in mind this contact occured over a month later. Do not bother with this agency. All this agency did was add more stress to our lives, rather than help our situation. Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping
