This service is amazing. I can honestly say that I do not think we would of achieved a sale as quick as we did or even a sale without it. Our house was on the market in December and we had two offers in January at the asking price, which we accepted. We had the property on the market previously unfurnished for months and as it did not sell, we had to rent it out. I wish we'd used Home Staging London sooner! The whole 3 bedroom house needed furnishing and when I saw the results, I just wanted to move back in! It looked beautiful and the attention to detail was astounding. Not just the big furniture items, but soft furnishings, plants, pictures, mirrors etc and garden furniture.Even sourced bay trees to put in the front garden. All for a very reasonable price compared to other companies that I had enquired with. Worth the investment. Working with Trish was easy and efficient. Her team did a great job. I cannot recommend Trish and her team enough on multiple levels. I was overseas, on a very different time zone, needed my flat to be sorted and staged for selling including some minor repairs. She contacted me back on the same day, looked over the place the next despite being super busy (I'm not surprised she's in demand- she's amazing) , gave me her recommendations and frank opinion on what needed to be done and why it was important for my particular property & focus on the type of things potential buyers for it would consider important. Then she got it all done within a matter of days, went above and beyond and is just so efficient with no fuss. Communication superb, photos sent immediately to me once it was all done, flat looks amazing; I could move back in! Have had multiple viewings now - who ALL comment on the "great interiors" - and an offer already which we're working on. Honestly do yourself a favour and look no further than this.
