Edited: I had a good time finding a place with home share lettings. But i was kicked out of my accommodation mid term because the landlord didn’t enjoy me personally. Making it difficult for the rest of the year( and expensive). I would recommend find a place of your own or look a bit further.

I've been renting for 10 years and Home Share are definitely the best! They are very professional, approachable and easy to talk to. It's definitely the reason why my friends and family noticed how I was settling better here than I've been before. We have been investing in property for many years, and we have dealt with many letting agents. We have found home -share which is owned by Hasan One of the finest and efficient letting agency in Maidstone & gillingham area. Hasan has an excellent team in place they’re all very polite, very helpful and most importantly they’re all knowledgeable on their own field. Since we have moved our properties to manage by Home- share, our gross rent has gone up and they brought quality tenants onto our properties. They have an excellent operational team behind the scene, and Hasan and his team always goes out of their way to help us.We strongly recommend anyone looking for an excellent letting agency you must use Home -share specially for the HMO properties. They are excellent at managing HMOs. 😊
