Not ideal. I rung lots of companies for quotes and greeted with lots of helpful tradesmen. I rung the number for this company, no response. I got a text saying ‘please sms I’m in a meeting’ so I did, and asked for a quote. Never replied. This was 20th July. Keep on top of your communication. Not great service at all to be honest.
