Such a waste of time and lose of Money . I will never recommend this agency to any of my friends or some one I knows. He is a chronic lier as per my experience. The details he explained about the property was entirely wrong and there is no validity for his agreement. For us they didn’t provide proper service for the facilities which they offered and the property was not good for living . When we raise our concern his replied he can give relief to the contract whiteout charging anything but after leaving the property he is not responding properly for the security deposit as he promised. Still waiting for the security deposit after 4 months.initially we will believe him but after the agreement during further communication especially for providing maintenance and after service we can realize that he was bluffing.
