I’m very disappointed I came in on the Sunday lunchtime to look for some plants for my tank and there was a older woman who was there no disrespect but her customer service was really bad I tried to talk to her and she gave me no eye contact and also when I asked for help she seemed like she was reluctant to help me so I ended up walking out and going to jolly’s I don’t know her name but I won’t be going in there again if I could give 0 stars I would cos I’m not happy at all

I have to say home marine is amazing. I walked in with no experience and everyone that i have dealt with has been so patient. Rus, Dean and Adam are great and very experienced. I especially want to thank Trisha. She really takes her time to go through each fish i want and takes the time to let me know every characteristic and feeding habits before i buy. She has made some good recommendations on what I should buy to suit my setup and everything is going extremely well. Thank you home marine.
