Where do I start...this company is a middle man company that does none of the work themselves, they subby it out to other people once they have quoted you over the top prices, then they get other businesses to do the work and then dont pay them what they are owed, total scammers, ripped off my son that was subbied for 2 months and is owed 4k for doing their work and they never paid up

Avoid! Terrible sales tactics, was told £6k for the product. We said no. He said he could do it for £4k if we sign up now. We said no and asked him to leave. Then the day after we got a phone call saying they could do it for £2.5k. Unbelievable

Goodness me - we used this company a couple of years ago to have windows installed. The first appt was very professional and we thought we'd made a good choice. But only after that did the shenanigans begin (what a surprise huh?!) … TBH, I haven't got time to explain it, in fact I am over it, but the reason I am doing this review is to tell people just don't bother using them, unless you like being called every few months by complete tools. Today I had a call from them (I guess I was due a call) asking for 'some feedback on my recent purchase'... it was 2 years ago, so not 'recent'... I advised him it was a couple of years ago to which he responds 'yes i know, i mean to see how we got on' - I replied, I don't think you even know who I am tbh?! (I don't mean, do you know who i am like I'm somebody important... I mean, do you actually know what I ordered, and when?!) A few months ago they called to ask how my loft insulation went and would love some feedback... This was a surprise as we didn't have that done... I expect a call again in a couple of months, look forward to it tbh as it makes me day. The work done is alright, but the level of care, customer service, attention to detail, sales skills and general common sense is appalling. Its all a bit of a comedy act tbh.

How these cowboys have not been on Watchdog or exposed by the likes of Dom Littlewood yet is beyond me. Their sales tactics are aggressive, manipulative and out of date. Please avoid this company like the plague. Firstly, spray on foam insulation makes it very difficult to get a mortgage and therefore sell your house. Secondly, their indemnity insurance (should they actually carry out the work) is laughable. Lastly, they bribe a potential customer with a 'special price' to leave a positive trust pilot review. However, the 'special price' is actually a standard market rate and they have charged you 4 times over the going rate in their initial quote. Sadly I cant give less than a 1 star review on here.

Do not trust this company honest to god they are a nightmare! They came to my house giving me a price for this instillation foam the original price was 6300£ they end up giving me for 3500£ keep pushing us to pay a deposit right now otherwise the price would be 6300£! Stupid me I gave 1000£ upfront. Once they left(after 4 hours) I searched about some major questions. I already asked them and I found out they were lying. So basically I would find really difficult to remortgage after as not all the banks accept this instillation procedure. I cancel then straight away same day and they told me they will post my upfront payment in 14 working days by check!!!!!! Why????? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Stay away guys!!!!!
