Beautiful products unfortunately let down my terrible customer service. Waited a month for delivery of my order (I appreciate the Covid-19 situation has led to delays but a month has stretched my patience - especially given no updates from them in the meantime or any indication the order would be delayed to this extent). The light arrived eventually with a damaged glass pane - 2 weeks later I haven't recieved a replacement or an indication of when it will arrive. Customer service staff are in the wrong vocation as they couldn't care less. My advice would be to find an alternative outlet with which to place your custom.

Such an awful company avoid! First placed an order on the 10th June, recieved no confirmation of whether item has been sent out had to contact them myself for this information. Was then given tracking details on 24th June for it to remain "with the courier out for delivery today" for a further 2 weeks. Emailed Home Lights Direct for them to reply that they are "investigating", contacted courier myself who confirmed on that same day that they lost the parcel. Sent company screen shot of the reply from courier asked for refund and ended up having to open an dispute via PayPal. I obviously understand that these are difficult times and from your telephone voice mail that you have furloughed staff but your clearly still getting orders and alot of frustrated customers so surely if you aren't equipped with being able to provide customer service then surely you should temporarily close?

I appreciate that ordering products from online shops during the Covid-19 situation may lead to longer delivery times, and delayed responses, however I have made multiple attempts to get answers to questions via the advised email address about a purchase and how to return unwanted items; and despite the answerphone message stating that a member of the team would respond I have yet to hear anything. This is not helpful and not good customer service. There are other small electrical companies online who are still managing to communicate and process returns efficiently. So far not impressed although the lights were good value for money.

Excellent company to deal with. I ordered two ceiling lights and they came within two days. Having fitted one I decided that the second would not be suitable for the room intended so I returned it for a refund; postage was my responsibility. When I checked my CC statement I had been refunded for the two lights not just the one I returned. I rang the company to tell them and was thanked for my honesty but told that they would leave the refund as it was. I will certainly use this company again and highly recommend it to anyone.
