I love John’s ethos “treat every client like they are your mom or dad” I love all my clients and enjoy having a good laugh with them all. Most importantly giving them their dignity they deserve. The training is really outstanding and helps me to feel comfortable in doing my job. The team in the office are always there to help and support you even on a personal level. I had to fly to South Africa for a family bereavement and the support I received from the office team was outstanding. I definitely felt valued and cared for.

The team have a genuine interest in their colleagues and are happy to help and listen when needed. The management team are hands on and present on a daily basis and conduct regular check ins to ensure all is well. To work in a non judgmental supportive role is rare.
