Good company overall excellent office staff and fantastic manger Sonia. i loved my time at this company and really enjoyed working for home instead I loved my clients. I worked for this company from 2019 up until 2022. I highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond for clients and their caregivers. Can't fault them in any way. The only down fall is the care manager she is not very good in my personal opinion as she terminated my contract her as she made me wait 90+ minutes for a bus I kept in regular contact with her whilst waiting for the bus to get to my client in the time I was waiting ahe could of found someone elea to cover that call or do it her self but it was like I was being dangle on a piece of sting in the end I had enough she let the client down that day and passed the blame on to me I did say sack me if you want to sack me. But it was in anger then the care manager at the meeting was bringing up the time I had off with my children being ill and not being able to work during holiday but she said she would look into it for me but she never did and decided to get rid off me. I think the care manager is not good for this company at all.

Hannah the recruitment consultant (one of the best) made us feel so welcomed and excelled in her training meetings for us. They were such great help. It's an amazing team to work with 👍

I worked for Home Instead Senior Care (Walsall and Great Barr) for a short period but I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a part time caregiver. I was able to work alongside University which was amazing. Regarding hours, I was able to swap shifts and ask for different shift times when I was unable to do certain days/times. Everyone was so lovely regarding this and there was no trouble at all. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and I felt at home immediately when I began work. It is a shame I had to leave as I really enjoyed my time at Home Instead and I would definitely recommend the company to people who are looking for a flexible, supportive job. I would also recommend any clients who are in need of care but also would like to stay at home, as I have seen that the company truly does care about its clients! Would definitely recommend!
