Moving home is a stressful and emotional experience, but Jo, Alex and the team in Thorpe Bay were on hand throughout. We always felt looked after and most importantly, like a valued client. They have a true ‘realist’ attitude, which we really appreciated in what has been a tricky housing market over the last few months. We were sold within a few days of going on the market and Jo fully supported us through a speedy transaction. All in all, the approach, marketing, pictures and relationship management were all excellent. Home in Thorpe Bay would always be our number one choice if moving home again. A great team, who we really enjoyed getting to know throughout the sale!

    Myself and my family have sold and purchased numerous properties through Home Thorpe Bay with glowing reviews.. until now. A change in the branch team has resulted in a parallel experience. Where to begin, the listing had numerous errors when going live ( which took 2 further amendments to be accurate and correct) followed by poor images of the house. I am a true believer a listing has ‘1 shot’ to draw buyers in. After further consideration I have now taken the property off the market with Home and this was the final straw. Upon collecting my keys I returned Home with HOMES office keys and not my own. Sorry to say a true advocate for the brand is going elsewhere.

    Dreadful service since Ricky left, they promise they'll do something and they don't! Their excuse, apparently they've been very busy.... More like they don't have a clue what they're doing! If I say I'm going to do something, I always do it. I do not recommend this estate agents.
