    We ordered a Super King size Divan Bed from another company. When delivered, it was apparent that it wouldn't fit up stairs. So I searched through the internet for a solution. This is when I found this company. It was a Saturday and late. But I still called for some advice and I was given it. I was informed that I would need a base that was cut width ways. Also if I'd purchased the base now. They would guarantee it to be delivered by Tuesday. Ordered and on Tuesday it was delivered. Unfortunately there was a mix up and we received the wrong base. A quick call and I was asked to send some pictures via email to them. I was then told that they would collect the old base and deliver the correct one. The lady dealing with my issue. (Rebecca) Was really helpful and had everything sorted for me. Friday came. The old base removed and the new one upstairs ready to be slept on.     This company is a SCAM DO NOT BUY! I ordered a bed on their site and when I called the following day to follow up the order and ask about delivery, I was told that my order didn't go through and the money wasn't taken out of my account. I trusted what they said and months later I was looking at my bank statements only to realise they had taken the money out. I contacted them several times but they refused to return the money!!! It's a shame I must give them a star before I can post the review because they don't deserve it!!!

    SCAM - I ordered this bed because the advertisement said it would arrive in 3 days. I arranged to be at home on the delivery date stated (between 7am and 7pm on the Friday 21 April). In the morning I received an email stating that the order will be delayed but it would still arrive on Friday. I waited the entire day and the order did not arrive. Late Friday evening I get notified that my order would then be delivered the next day (Saturday 22 April). I made arrangements again to be in for delivery. On Saturday I get an an email, with no explanation, saying your order is undeliverable. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will now have to wait 7 days for a refundZ and I have no bed. This is shocking service! STAY AWAY.

    Absolute shocking ordered from Amazon and tried to cancel and they Wouldn’t accept the cancellation I tried to ring the office and they said they only deliver to ground floor properties I live on an upstairs flat and they said The drivers are self-employed if you tip them they will you help with it DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND A MONEY MAKING SCAMMERS😡😡😡😡
