I had a great experience with the HFH team from the initial booking enquiry (made from NZ) through to being met at the London property on arrival & on departure as agreed. During our stay we were able to contact someone at HFH on the emergency phone number to resolve a problem we had with the boiler & this was during the Easter break. The property we selected was clean, with all the amenities we needed , in a nice quiet area, close to public transport (as advertised). I would use HFH again and recommend their service.

Cornwall Gardens is a beautiful flat in a quintessential London neighborhood. It is in a group of townhouses built around a private park (think the movie, Notting Hill.) Just a block from Gloucester Road, it is close to shops and cafes and less than a 5 minute walk to the Gloucester Road Underground station. The private terrace off the bedroom is a perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon wine. I will stay here on all my future trips to London.

If you plan to rent a flat in London, it is critical to have a good agent like Home from Home standing behind the rental experience. We have rented from them for several years and can testify that they stand behind their rentals. For example, last year we had serious problems with construction below one flat and the heating system of another and they immediately move us to a better mews house which we loved. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a good rental agent behind you when renting flats in London.

In both cases, the apartments were well-represented by the website and both were in excellent locations. Any issues were dealt with immediately - Lia was exceptionally responsive. I've stayed for 8 days in January with my family, its my first time with Home from Home and will not be the last as they have a Very good service, they are so friendly and responsive and helpful, the flat in St Dunstan's Road was in good condition, spacious, close to the underground, many groceries nearby, next time in the UK, I will contact them.
