Very unhappy customer I purchased 10 rolls Belgravia Sanmarino GB3717 U 7 of one and 3 feature wall After the decorator put paper up we noticed the 2 nd roll up was a different shade I had ordered grey and the second roll up looked silver . I contacted Home flair Decor they wanted pictures of paper which I sent and pictures of labels from paper to proof they were the same shade, having done this I was told they would contact Belgravia. I was told they had never had any complaints about paper and they would have had more than one complaint. So I am out of pocket I had to pay for the decorator to come back . They have reimbursed me for a roll of wallpaper that I would have been returning. But I am appalled with the customer service

Quick and efficient order and delivery process. And what a beautiful border. However, all 3 arrived damaged. Probably the fault of the courier service as suggested by Homeflair, but all the same, i am now in battle with them to receive a refund or replacement. They are more interested in receiving their compensation from Royal Mail as apposed to keeping myself the customer happy. They still haven't sent a returns address even though requested several times, and on top expect me to pay overpriced delivery charges once again. I do not trust or have any faith in this company given the treatment i have received over the past few days. I have never been treated so poorly or received such bad customer service, and at 45 years of age, i've had plenty experience.
