Tried to get a viewing for a property and was one of the first to call as I was told on the phone. Then they came up with this ridiculously backwards system where I had to give all of my details, to which I also responded to pretty quickly. Had heard nothing back in a week and when I called today, was told there were already offers on the property. I kept having the situation explained to me very poorly and ended with "alrightttttttt" which no, it definitely wasn't "alrighttttttt" a proper fob off attitude from the staff. It doesn't surprise me as all estate agents lack any decency anyway Terrible service and I'll think twice next time I see this estate agent list a property. Unfortunately they lack any courtesy to contact you and want all of your details in advance just to waste your time.
