Disgusting company avoid at all costs. Ordered a bed only half the package turned up. No resolution in sight. Looks like I've lost £175, 4 days work waiting in, and a confused, angry sick child who's been left sleeping on the floor for the last 5 nights. At my wits end.

I ordered items that I cancelled before they arrived to my address. When they arrived I was advised that I now had to pay for the return as they refuse to cover any return costs. They won’t email you directly- they make you go through another platform and if you don’t have a login for that platform you never receive the messages. It’s just been one issue after another, I’m still waiting on an item to arrive now! I will not be returning and I strongly advise everyone else to think twice before you order from them also.

If you read the reviews of how customers have had problems with this outlet then you'd be wise to give it a wide berth a very wide berth , especially when they say your order has been signed for at your address but in actual fact it's gone back to Leeds without a reason then you'll understand, always check reviews on outlets before buying and see what customers are really saying not the payed survey... total avoid these at all costs ...
