HCA made themselves available in short order after I was let down by other companies due to their scheduling errors or scheduling issues, in connection with a boiler replacement. HCA were able to confirm that the item of concern was not asbestos and charged a reasonable call out fee. They were also lovely to deal with, extremely professional and let me updated throughout the booking process.

HCA carried out an asbestos refurbishment survey ahead of works we have planned on a residential property which identified asbestos in a number of locations, some foreseen and others totally unexpected. I was particularly impressed with Dan's knowledge while he was conducting the survey and then with the quality and content of the report. Having identified ACMs, we instructed HCA to remove these which Dan and Jon did very professionally and skilfully, thus providing us with peace of mind to carry on with our plans.
