Disappointing experience ordering praline moulds. Moulds arrived promptly but out of 2 only 1 is professionally usable, the other was scratched inside. After writing to 3 different contacts I finally reached someone, wasn't believed so made pralines to prove the scratches were inside and would show on the praline which they did. The replacement was then send via a return exchange with the courier who came at 1 pm so had to work from home all day just to get sent another mould with exactly the same scratches. Something is wrong with that production line but there is dead silence since then, my emails are not getting responded to anymore. Very disappointing from a professional shop. Reference 87590

Have nothing but positivity for these guys, who I've been ordering from for a few years. Pricing always sharp, communications have always been great and delivery...cheaper than most and how about this...I ordered 15 kg of dark chocolate, to find it at my door the next day! London to Perthshire, Scotland in less than 24 hours. Outstanding! Excellent business.

This shop is specialised in Chocolate work, everything with Chocolate, bonbons moulds, all kinds of silicon moulds etc...but to my surprise they still live with Covid restrictions. Before Covid, you could shop anytime, no mater how many people were inside the shop. Now you can only shop by appointment. Strange!
