Another corrupt part of the house building trade. They gave 5 stars to Crest Nicholson - Crest didnt even comply to fire and damp proofing regulations when building my apartment block. I have to put buckets down when it rains as there is so much water coming into my apartment. As they didnt comply to basic fire regulations there is no stopping a fire from spreading. Crest ignore all of mine and others complaints. Shocking, HBF gave them 5 stars? Corrupt and redundant organisation.

You cannot rate customer service without speaking to the customers. Therefore, any awards should be taken with a pinch of salt. A bit of a pointless organisation really. It’s like rating a GP the best doctor in the UK because of his manners but he may have killed a number of patients. You get the idea. Redrow shouldn’t have even made it on the list but if you’re looking at one side only then anything goes.
