Came out promptly to repair to my washer that had stopped draining. The technician discovered an elastic band had got into the filter and wrapped partially around the pump, so he simply just pulled it out. Job done & problem fixed but £85 for 5 mins work. He didn’t have to move that washer out or take it apart or anything like that and was done and gone before the kettle had boiled. Service: Washer/dryer repair
