    Took three weeks to completely replace everything in my washing machine. It would have been less to replace it and then the engineer left everything outside my house. When paying £17 a month. I have had the machine 9 years .totally disappointed with your service.

    Thinking of leaving this company as I've waited to long for my issue to be resolved now. If your appliance is written off as unrepairable you do not get lime for like replacement unless you are willing to put a lot of money towards it so this is not ideal considering you pay each month for their cover.

    I’ve been with this company for over 6 years at first had no problem, I’ve been waiting since last year for my washing machine and fridge to be fixed the engineer came to finely fix it coz there was no spaces left in the car park he said he go to the next job then come back but he did’t waiting 5 hours when I call was on hold for a while when I finely spoke to someone he said he find out bad news he not coming back then got cut off , then Received a txt saying it be next month now how unfair so I call back cancel my policy. Now I bought a new one I feel like I’ve been rip off plus with the new one I got 3 years insurer so I think instead of giving them your money might has well put it away and save it coz if you don’t claim your give them £300 a year for nothing. I was told by the last engineer if it not fixed in 28 days then there supposed to give you a new one made me wait nearly 4 months but was taking my money every month never again 👎🏻
