  Gloria is the only one who has manners & respect talking to people - the rest of the admin staff are rude constantly speaking over you without giving any space for conversation. I have found some GP's potentially helpful when visiting though some none existent. I gave one of the reception staff some positive feedback, one week later she was so rude and completely disrespectful completely reduced my overall score. I suggest staff learn some people skills, I work within an environment of speaking with public everyday and would never talk to individuals' in such manner.

  I've been attending appointments with several people in the past couple of months and I can say that I wouldn't reccomend. As some other people mentioned in reviews, I can confirm that staff there is quick to jump to conclusions and misdiagnose (when some of them might not even be qualified to do so, in certain cases). It might be a stressful environment to work in, however rushing to conclusions and "solutions" without enough information can do more harm than good and goes against the reason why people go there. A conversation with them should help you get better, not the opposite. Several times I had tensionate appointments with a staff member, Eugenie, where, like most people there, I had to wait a while before getting to my appointment, just to be rushed into explaining what the problem was. Multiple times when I had to say something significant she would raise her voice and talked over me, which led to misunderstandings and frustration on my part. Lacking professional and healthy boundaries and etiquette that everyone working in the health system should have. Apart from that I've been gaslighted and took a bit after I exited that place to shake off that confusion out of my mind. But let's say it was out of ignorance. I am neurodivergent and know that not many people can understand how our minds function and how sensitive we can be - so speaking to someone who's not a mental health expert and who has a rather cocky attitude without the proper knowledge and jumps to alarming conclusions can be potentially harmful. She even tried to put words into my mouth and have a rather exagerrated and out of place concern about me, the kind that I never experienced with healthy minded people who helped me in the past. Also quite pushy. I do hope this review will be helpful not only to people who are seeking help but also to staff members, if they are open to check their own problems and learn how to offer a good service.

  Went in with a huge tonsil and fever and just unbearable pain. And Dr Pooja sent me home without any antibiotics and told me it will get better the next day . 3 days of high fever and not being able to swallow anything It’s now infected and I need antibiotics just as we hit the holidays. Waiting for Gp to call me back . She should have given me antibiotics 3 days ago it would not have gotten to this stage !! They need to listen more to patients at that surgery . I prefer the Bushey and Carpenders park they seem to care more than this surgery.

  Just terrible. We have a 17month old who clearly needs to be seen and needs treatment but the next possible appointment is in 1 week. We tried everything possible at home. But he suffers with sleepless nights and more. Nothing wild for us adults but for little ones like him it's a different world. The health system needs clearly an overhaul and more support and that fast. this is the wrong selection of patients and priority. I'm sure there would be time to squeeze in patients like him in a schedule. Never experienced so much... yes we know the word.

  The most helpful doctors receptionist I have ever come across! Gloria will go out of her way to help you - she demonstrates empathy & she listens to you, actually hears you and wants to help you... Gloria contributes positively to my experience at Attenborough - I wonder how many other patients have been touched by her kindness? Such a blessing!

  Amazing ! called this morning got a face to face appointment for minutes later treatment and meds within an hour of first call thank you so much . I had left it for too long not knowing I could get an appointment so easily
