Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but any way . I have been with clinic for 9months and I can't say nothing bad , always treated with respect called for appointment n done online (if you do not know how learn do not scream at reception or give bad feedback because you do not do it proply) when ever I have issiue with my self my husband or my son I always have the best service GP are helpful, reception lady's are just the best my son always loves coming to the clinic ❤️ they talk to him even he is desiable they treat him like he is normal kid you do not feel not wanted or anything . Sorry but if you call clinic you have to wait for your time you can also request POLITELY reception to call you if they have free appointments if they do not answer they are Busy you are not the only one in the clinic ;) . You can request appointment through the side by going to appointments and the green bottom say (request appointment) simple and easy. Doctors there are amazing loved every moment from the start I was ill they take care of me.right away , same as my son. So do not go with the reviews as they are great 👍. And remember you are not the only one ;). Talk polite and normal and you will have your way screaming and shouting and accuing will not help . Also is really clean in waiting area . Rooms are nice big clean do not judge and say bad . If they will not be able to help you they will refer you to another clinic ;)

Nene is the best doctor. Unfortunately she is not every day in this surgery. She is always very polite and friendly, always with a smile on her face. She deserves 5 stars. The rest of the doctors and staff do not deserve more than 2 stars. The receptionist criticised me a lot as I called once for my baby about some health problems and i forget to mention that he is constipated and I need some Lactulose syrop. I called back later, and she asked me rude how did I forget about this and what kind of mother I am, being angry on me that I called her back for a second appointment. When you sleeping just a few hours a day as a mother of 2 months baby, it's really hard to remember everything. During my appointment and I took my baby as well. Asked the doctor for an advice regarding my babie's nail and he said to me that he doesn't want to look at him and that I need to book another appointment next day. I just needed a simple advice. They need to me more human. Really disappointed that there is no parking spaces for the patients, just for gp and it's hard to find a parking space on the street. Also, there is no changing table for the babies, so be prepared. Every time when I came I waited for more than 10 minutes. They never respect the appointment time.

Is one star because there is no option for ZERO star as the doctors in this surgery they have ZERO qualifications and they are very rude with patients as well. When we complaint about their service the answer was "if you are not happy you can change your GP". Also they don't care about the patients at all. Disgraceful that is!

Husband had appointment there at 2.30 with nurse as he was told to see her after he had finished the emergency pack he was prescribed got there at 2.20 told receptionist said take a seat 2 other people came in with later appointments at 3.30 he asked again and receptionist.was extremely rude she made a mistake and didn't admit it just was shocked when said he wanted to complain then was told to come back and get a complaints form ots disgustingly that somebody who isn't professional can call themselves professional and work in what's meant to be the caring profession 10 stars for your rudeness

Worst GP going. Anytime you ever try to see a GP, reception claim you aren't a patient, get you to fill in a heap of forms, and then do the same again. Would not recommend if you ever actually need a doctor.
