If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven’t used their services in very long. Because I didn’t need to. Furthermore, i wasnt going to go for regular checkups as my health was fine. They kicked me off their services just because i wasn’t using it. What a joke. So not wasting NHS’s money seems to be a problem for this practice. Whenever I booked my daughters appointments they would make you wait an hour. The GP is absolutely rubbish and rude. Imagine waiting an hour just for my daughter to be seen for max 2 minutes without a proper checkup. Avoid this practice save your time.

If i could give you lower than 1 star i would. Everyday I call to get an appointment and they don’t answer the phone. When i go to the surgery in the morning they tell me there are no appointments. There’s only one staff working in the morning. From after 9 there’s more staff. They are not interested in the patients they just gossip. Where is the manager Pallaui at this time he is sleeping? I went to City hospital thy said i have to go to my GP but it’s impossible to get an appointment.

If I could rate below 1 star, I would. A horrendous surgery with terrible customer service. A family member was told earlier this week that they would be contacted for the booster jab. Not only was he not contacted, but when he called, he was told that they have ran out of the vaccine and cannot say when they will get more. This is not the first time that they have been poor with customer service. They fail to answer calls and on most occasions fail to tell patients the results of hospital tests. Terrible is an understatement.
