Disgraceful service for the elderly. My 73 year mother who has multiple health conditions has tried to book over the phone urgently to see a Dr (something she was told in A and E to do when taken in with chest pains). Receptionist told her to book online (when she got through after 1 hour wait), she tried and it took her hours to do, the outcome of online was she was told to phone the surgery due to symptoms, she did waited another 30 mins requested a call back and didn't get one, no wonder our Hospitals are inundated when you cannot get an appointment to see a GP. This is disgusting service for our anyone let alone those who are elderly or struggle online people are feeling isolated enough without practically needing to beg for help . Modality AW you need to sort your systems and patient services out.

Absolutely appalling public service, I have been let down and ignored on multiple occasions. I can't get an appointment, I can't get my prescriptions easily, they don't answer my messages when I request for medications to be added to repeat. I cannot access the health service unless I am on the verge of having a heart attack!! I only need basic health care and I am having to pay privately to get the service I need. I can't afford to pay privately!! Disgusting state our services are in. Maybe we should blame funding and the government!! I'm not sure! However I don't think it's good enough to not be able to easily request a simple prescription!!

Disgraceful behaviour exhibited by practice staff, who cut my wife off the phone (she herself is a GP!) when all she needed was a prescription. I’m find appalling the blatant disregard for patients and callous disrespect on display by the “triage” staff at reception. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves.

Where to start!!!! You can get through to make an appointment to save your life. If your lucky enough to get through to a doctor, they probably get your diagnosis wrong and you'll have to suffer. A 3rd world doctor would be better serving you.
