First time ordering from here, thought they had shut down after they moved from the previous shop. The new branch is bigger, with nice seating outside, plenty of parking also. The menu is very simple and easy to order from. We ordered the ribs and brisket burger. Order served in about 15 mins. The food quality was top tier! Brisket was phenomenal, ribs were super good. Great visit, will be back.

I've never tried Brisket in my life and for my first time it was good. I bought the Brisket on a Bone thing (can't remember the exact item). There's a lot of flavour on the initial layer itself alongside the pickles which are very flavourful. However there is not much after that terms of unique meaty flavour. The meat is soft and falls off the bone which I absolutely love. The special coffee sauce they give you helps add flavor to the parts that don't. When ordering it does get cold easily so be sure to eat it as soon as you can. I also wished they'd give you more of their special sauce. A small tub isn't enough for me personally especially if you buy a side.

Very high quality. It takes a lot of time to get beef to this level. I snooker meat myself but I can't replicate this level. I'm very happy you have created this place. I went to a known smoke resistant in East Central London and the quantity you get is tiny compared to this.
