    We originally started using Holtwood stables about 8 years ago, when my daughter was about 10 but we stopped going a few years back because of other commitments. My daughter is now on a gap year before going to Uni and so has time to start riding again. It's not the nearest riding school to us but we really like it there and so we don't mind travelling the extra distance. The staff have always been very professional and patient and the horses are reliable and suitable for all abilities. I can recommend this riding school whether you are a first time rider or if you are more experienced and are looking for somewhere in the Newbury area.
