Am an event decorator and planner. Order goods on the 1st of December for next day. Goods NEver arrived. As I type they are refusing to refund me my money unless DPD return the goods that they never deliver to me. I have complain to Consumer adviser and the matter will be passed to trading standard. I am also considering taking them to court. For breach of contract and damages for the extra money I paid to hire again another flower from someone. After this I won't order from them. Rude staff. The only staff that have manners is Debbie it's a shame. As a former customer service manager I don't think I will work for such company.

Products are generally cheaper here. Quality 3 out of 5 on some products. I’m very happy that we have a Holstens in the UK. As there are limited suppliers for the wedding industry. Also I would like to say the bank transfer method of payment is not very good. Order your product, wait for invoice, the do a bank transfer. It’s a slow process.
