I had a really bad experience with this garage: they charged me a high price for a new wing mirror, and when I came to pick up my car I realised they had put a second hand mirror, which was already damaged!... I had to argue with them for half an hour before they accepted to change it. I really would not trust these guys...

I cannot recommend Holocene enough. I have used them before for MOT services in the past and recently brought my car in for another MOT, only to find out that I was 5 months early! I am from Canada originally and had a moment where I read the date of my MOT renewal as April 2023, when in fact it's not due until September 2023! The people at holocene were very kind and did not charge me for the inconvenience to them (they let me keep my car there for a few hours while I had some work meetings). While it was there I asked if they could fix my left wing mirror, I was fully expecting to be charged for the work they did and also for the inconvenience but they were very kind and said it was a really easy fix for the wing mirror so they were not going to charge me. I will absolutely be going back to them and can't thank them enough for their understanding and kindness given the mixup!

Ok so, as a woman, It's nice to find a Garage that aren't operating with crooks, and dishonest people. I've used Halocene for MOT for a couple of years now, so far so good. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
