It's actually quite scary how bad this surgery has got. Very difficult to get through on phones and when you finally do all appointments are gone. Online queries are constantly closed and when you do manage to submit one you will often just get a template response from an admin team telling you to phone and book an appointment. I was told the only way to get an appointment was to queue outside the surgery before they open and book in person. Not exactly easy for most of us who have jobs. How are they getting away with this? I worry that serious illnesses are going to be missed because of how impossible it is to speak to a doctor.

This review is not for the surgery as such, It is for the wonderful lady in the surgery dispensary who helped me today to understand the perscription system, sorted out my problem, that was caused by inept admin/processing from the surgery and the Pharmacy attached to the surgery. She was a SUPER STAR and I am very grateful for her help.

Yes, it might be a long waiting time, this is what you should expect but I never had an issue with either the Receptionist or the Doctors. Always kind and supportive, and whenever I needed an appointment it was sorted out on the day. I think we need to look from the perspective of the number of calls and patients are handling daily and I think they do a great job. Thank you

I have only ever had one negative experience with a Dr at this practice in 20+ years and that was back in 2012. I have been so well looked after by every GP and I cannot thank the NHS enough. Yes, occasionally a grumpy receptionist, but I don’t blame them.
