I bought my very first guitar from here years ago. I used to frequent the shop and have purchased things from here in the past. They have a good niche selection of guitars and they will be more than happy to help out whilst you're in store. They support the local community which is fantastic too, and the family business is a very homely vibe. Only thing I would comment on is that sometimes, I don't feel like a valued customer compared to Kempsters music shop, I seem to go in when staff are having off days or are feeling unsociable.

Fantastic music shop, I sometimes find some absolute gems in here. Got a bone to pick though. I came in to try out the Marshall JVM head, and the matching cab in the window, that I saw the day before when the shop was closed. Turned out the amp wasn't real, it was just the front pannels taken off a Marshall JVM and cab, completely wasted my time, fuel and a ticket for the over priced car park round the back. I really wasn't happy with that.
