Hi we had an appointment on the 21st feb was really looking forward to it but was very disappointed with the service we received.Choosing a dress is meant to be a special part of arranging your wedding and £25 paid for a pre booked appointment with only 4 dresses shown and tried ok we had a budget but would have been nice to have browsed and may be could have stretched the budget to more if more welcoming.Left very dissatisfied with choice and service and travelling for over a hour.

I visited here a few weeks ago and was blown away. This was the first bridal shop I visited to start my search for my dream dress. Amanda who was with me for the afternoon was amazing, she was so welcoming and listened to what I was looking for. We tried on 5-6 dresses and I feel in love with one. I was so happy to find my dress in the first shop. I would highly recommend going here the dresses are gorgeous and Amanda was so helpful. Thank you so much ❤️

Visited the shop and was blown away by all the stunning dresses the ladies were very patient and let me re try on my favourite dresses to help narrow down the gorgeous selection. A week later I bumped into them at a wedding fayre where the dress I had been non stop thinking about just happened to be on display and I knew at that point that was definitely the dress as I fell in love with it all over again. I then booked another appt and they were again so patient and helpful in helping me make sure I made the right decision by trying on a selection of other dresses before I said yes to the dress. I am so excited to go back and try my actual dress on very soon. Highly recommend their great service.

I had multiple bridal appointments booked for this year and Holmes and Co was my first appointment. I’m so self conscious but the women were so warm and welcoming and focused on exactly what I had in mind. I visited a few other bridal shops last year and the experience with Holmes and Co has by far been the best with how welcoming they are and also how they focused on my wants. The dresses that had in store were ones that I hadn’t seen elsewhere - they were lovely. I came away with the perfect dress for my day. Amanda and Rebecca were so amazing, friendly and helpful. Listened to what I wanted and pulled the most beautiful dresses for me to try! I had my very first fitting at Holmes & co. I honestly thought I was gonna go to several Shops before finding ‘THE’ dress. I had a few dresses picked out for me and with each dress I said ‘this is the one’. But I Finally secured one. Everyone was so helpful and patient.
