Pharmacy is hell after years of monthly arguments with pharmacy staff to obtain medication prescribed by GP I have gone elsewhere boy what a difference I now get what is prescribed with no problems. GP’s are good but avoid the pharmacy it’s a nightmare.

The pharmacy department needs an overhaul. Repeat prescriptions are never ready when they're supposed to be. Always told there will be a wait of 30mins. This has happened now for the last 5 months, so I don't believe it's anything to do with the 'computer system'.

Illegally withholds patient information when requested, breaking GDPR laws. One particular receptionist is lazy and dismissive, disregarding my disability in travelling to collect my information. They wouldn't post it but would happily post a letter informing me they removed me from their system. I will be seeking legal advice!

Shocking the system is to get an appointment, had to go to A&E to see a doctor, otherwise it would have been 5 working days, ended up needing antibiotics quite urgently for a really poorly son, disgraceful, and rude receptionist, shouldn't have to go to these lengths to see your own doctor in your own village, my son rang the doctors to see if he could be seen, they said no it will be 5 working days

Brilliant family doctors. Can't fault them. Wonderful care for the children (& parents). New triage system seems to work well too. All the doctors are lovely. Especially Dr Wakefield, who has been great.
