Phil agreed to remove and redesign a section of patio, together with creating some new bedding areas. Initially we were happy with the work carried out and found Phil pleasant to deal with, however upon putting plants into our new beds, we discovered the concrete hadn't been removed from the newly created bedding area and that soil had been laid on top of the previous patio. After chasing Phil, he returned to remove about 60% of the concrete however after not returning subsequent calls to clear the remainder, we had to employ someone else to clear the final concrete.
