Perfect accommodation in the Wheelhouse, super-friendly hosts in Elaine and Barry where nothing was too much trouble, lovely farm and surroundings and breakfasts to die for! A lovely experience all round. Have no hesitation in recommending to friends, some of whom have booked. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay in Otter Cottage at Holme Grange Farm. The cottage is a beautifully restored barn conversion and has every home comfort you could ever need. Fabulous views across the fields and beyond, and access to the farm or walks across the landscape right from your door. Elaine's hospitality is second to none and she couldn't do enough for us, even dropping some carrots off to feed the donkeys, or to chat about the farm and animals. This is a great location to explore all of the pretty villages and attractions Yorkshire has to offer, and set in a beautiful village location with a pub too! What more could you ask for!? 5*****

This was our second visit and we have already booked for next year, if you like a hearty breakfast, friendly hosts, animals with big personalities , big comfy bed and the option to get stuck in on the farm then this is the place. We really didn't want to leave. :D
