I found Paul to be meticulous and careful and very professional and incredibly clean. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him. He swept our chimney- we have a wood burner. He found out the name and model of our wood burner (without being asked) to reassure us that it was Defra compliant as we had it installed many years ago.
