Shop owner or assistant has poor customer service. Whilst trying to use the EVRI system to send a parcel back to Amazon. He was unable to help as l had an Android Phone not an Apple phone. He stated that 75% of people use Apple rather than Android. Further training is required but if you use Android you need to go elsewhere!
