Bought a Dacia Sandero in December 2022 it was broken when purchased unaware to myself, the engine was broken, had no working horn as i found out on my way home and when i rang back and went to get it repaired they offered me a horn attached to my steering wheel which i refused as it would be an mot failure i had it a month and they refused to take the vehicle back and refund me, wanted me to pay half of repairs which would of cost 2000 pound gave them a chance to repair it as my finance company offered to pay for it with me only having the car a month and repair was not done to satisfactory standards as the engine was still not firing out on all 4 cylinders and they still contested it saying there was nothing wrong with the vehicle even though scotia came out and done an inspection on it luckily i fell within my consumer rights act to get the vehicle taken back or i would of been stuck with a broken car on a 4 year finance if your going to purchase from here i would recommend you get scotia or the RAC out to inspect the vehicle first as they do not care about you in that situation and just want the money i am Also owed money from them and have not received it up to date the whole process of the investigation has taken 4 months finally its over but they have caused nothing but stress and anxiety to myself financially and emotionally the past 4 months

I got a car from Hollywood motors in January when I got the car I noticed a little knocking sound over time I noticed it got worse .rang the garage on Friday .the owner asked me to go in this morning to look at the car. Straight away the noticed a problem with the car parts were ordered and they fixed the car straight away. There after care was spot on .thank you guys. A weight off my mind

Horrible customer service by the owner! Rented a van. £200 deposit paid and still not refunded over a week later! Rang to chase it up and fobbed off by the owner telling me it was down to my bank to give us the money back! How? They can't give us a refund for money YOU have! Absolute scam!!!! Taking further action against them.
